How it works

Agents do the volume. People do the judgement.

AI agents handle routine work, trained operators handle exceptions, and your team keeps every decision that needs a license or judgement. Nothing is billed until it is verified.

From your process to a verified outcome.

  1. Map the process and agree the baseline

For mid-market clients this happens in a fixed-price Business Process Workshop. We pull today’s volumes, turnaround and error rates from your own systems, so the baseline is yours, not ours. Insurance agencies start from a standard pack with its outcome definitions already written.

  2. Connect to your systems

We read from and write to the systems of record you already use. APIs first, robotic process automation only where there is no API.

  3. Agents run the routine work

Agents read documents, extract data, compare it against rules and update your systems. Each step carries a confidence check before it can complete on its own.

  4. Exceptions and sign-offs

Low-confidence items go to our exception desk. Licensed decisions and anything that moves money go to your team’s approval queue.

  5. Verify, record and bill

Each result is checked against its written outcome definition, recorded in the Evidence File and only then counted on your invoice.

Diagram: a certificate request arrives, the agent reads and checks it, then the agent completes it, the exception desk resolves it or your licensed staff approve it. The result is written to your system of record, recorded in the Evidence File and billed as one invoice line.

Who does what.

The split is set per task type before go-live and written into your agreement.

What “verified” means.

Every billable outcome has a written definition, agreed before go-live. It says what counts, what evidence is required and how long the result has to hold.

  • Certificate issued: produced from current policy data, checked against the holder request and delivered.
  • Policy checked: every coverage line compared with the quote and every discrepancy delivered to your team.
  • Invoice posted: matched to its order, posted to the ledger and not reversed within 30 days.

We never bill an “assumed” outcome. If the evidence is not in the record, the item is not on the invoice. How outcome pricing works.

Where your data lives

We run on Microsoft Azure with US, Canadian and UK hosting, so your data stays in your region. Each client’s data is isolated from every other client’s.

What you see

An approval queue for items that need you, an outcomes dashboard, and the Evidence File behind every line of your invoice.

Practical questions.

Which systems do you connect to?

We connect to the systems you already use, such as agency management systems, ERPs, CRMs, document stores and Microsoft 365. We use APIs wherever they exist and UiPath robotic process automation only where they do not. For insurance agencies we are building connectors for Applied Epic, Vertafore AMS360 and HawkSoft first.

Do our staff have to learn a new tool?

No. Work arrives the way it does today and results land in your existing systems. Your team sees an approval queue for items that need their sign-off, and an outcomes dashboard.

What is the exception desk?

A team of trained operators who pick up work the agents flag as low confidence or incomplete. They resolve it, and every action they take is recorded in the Evidence File alongside the agent's.

Where is our data hosted?

In your region. We run on Microsoft Azure, with US, Canadian and UK hosting, and keep each client's data isolated from other clients.

Pick one process. We’ll run it.

A Business Process Workshop maps it, baselines it and scopes the Proof of Value.
