For independent insurance agencies

Servicing done. Your account managers back on clients.

Policy checking, certificates, endorsements, renewal preparation and commission reconciliation, run by governed AI agents with a trained exception desk. You pay per verified transaction, and licensed decisions stay with your team.

The servicing load lands on your best people.

Certificates, endorsements and policy checks are high-volume and low-judgement, but they sit on the desks of licensed account managers. So agencies outsource them: policy servicing, endorsements, certificates, renewals, remarketing, AMS data entry and carrier follow-up are the usual list.

Outsourcing buys a seat, not a result. Offshore servicing seats typically cost around $1,800 to $2,800 a month, whatever gets done, and someone at the agency still has to manage them.

The small-agency gap

AI adoption is 91% at agencies with 25 or more producers, but 47% at solo and two-producer shops. The agencies with the least back-office capacity are the least likely to have any help from AI.

The US has about 39,000 independent agencies, and independents placed 87% of commercial lines premiums in 2023.

Built for E&O-conscious agencies.

  • Licensed decisions always go to your staff, and the approval is recorded
  • Nothing is sent to your clients by an agent without review
  • Every action, human or agent, sits in the Evidence File with a time and a name
  • Your data is hosted in your country and isolated from other agencies

What the Evidence File records

Design partner program

Help us build the servicing pack.

We are working with three to five independent agencies in the US and Canada to shape the first pack before it launches more widely.

What partners get

  • First access to the servicing pack
  • A say in which tasks and systems come first
  • Rates agreed before go-live

What we ask

  • Access to a test environment or sample files
  • A named account manager for regular feedback
  • Honest input on what works and what doesn’t

Agency questions.

Does the agent make licensed decisions?

No. The agent prepares the work, such as an endorsement or a coverage comparison, and your licensed staff make the decision. The approval is recorded in the Evidence File with a name and a time.

Which agency management systems do you support?

We are building connectors for Applied Epic, Vertafore AMS360 and HawkSoft first. If your agency uses another system, tell us: design partners help decide what comes next.

How is this different from an outsourced servicing team?

An outsourced seat is priced per person, per month, whatever gets done. We price per verified transaction, work around the clock, and give you a record of every step. There is no seat to manage.

Do our clients talk to an AI?

No. The servicing pack is back-office work. Your clients keep dealing with your team; the agents work behind the scenes on the documents and systems.

What does it cost?

A monthly platform fee plus a price per verified transaction, set on the pack's rate card. Design partners agree their rates before go-live.
